Kate is super friendly and really helped us with the delivery of our second purchase with Sit back and Relax. I purchased an ergonomic chair ErgoPod with air lumber technology chair. I got the arm rest. I was impressed with Kate and the service and communication. She was very responsive and helpful with the dilemma I getting a chair to support our injuries. I purchased the same chair again for my husband as it does provide good support. Our OT said we were using glorified dining chairs beofre so this is pricey chair but we work from home mostly and also work overtime a lot so felt getting quality chairs was so important given we use the chairs so much and think it's important to support our back and neck as we have a lot of prian from our car accident especially. Feel like it's worth it. Also purchased another foot rest. It provides good support and feels good when working. I purchased a cheap foot rest on amazon but didn't provide good support so returned it and purchased Fundamentals Adjustable footrest. I realised you don't need to puchase the extra spacers as it comes with spacers anyway.

I got recommended to purchase office equipment from here from my occupational therapist.

He recommended I purchase a chair with good lumbar support esp with my injuries which resulted to sore back and neck. I purchased the ergopod which is a high back chair with a lot of foam also recommended I get a foot stool as my feet were draggling a bit so purchased the fundamentals.
He actually recommended I don’t get a chair with head rest because those chairs don’t usually don’t sit properly and you usually sit upright so don’t really get the head support. I did felt like I occasionally still sit back and want some support for my neck and head so I just purchase a a memory foam chair pillow from Amazon which helps but not a must.
The chair has multiple adjustable points base, back and tilt. Also there is warranty which is good as usually the gas lift function goes but i believe its 10 year warranty.
Initially I didn’t know how to use the chair properly but Kate was very helpful with how to get the settings right. Kate is super friendly and very easy to talk to re recommendations. The ergopod is quite pricey so she also recommended other chairs too but I just decided to stick to the one my OT recommended plus we sit and use it so much now that we work from home mostly and also need to do a lot of overtime.
Also the courier was good too. The chair was already assembled so didn’t need to worry.

I got my chair after the agreed time frame, but the wonderful part in this experience is the customer care. I contacted Caroline and she followed up with the factory till delivery.
