Recommended by occupational therapist it provides good lumbar support. The chair comes quite high up. I do have a sore neck so I also purchased chair pillow so when I want to sit back it is supported but my Ot said most of the time our posture is upright so most chairs wouldn’t support the head/neck anyway.

This is a bit pricey but does provide really good lumbar support. I got recommended to purchase by my Occupational therapist. After using it for over a month we purchased a second one for my husband. We were using cheap chairs before so this was a huge upgrade and we thought the number of hours we sit down on the chair is worth the investment. Our OT said our previous chairs were glorified dining chairs can’t see how it would be good for our backs.
