Great posture at my computer.

As a result of hours in front of my computer my back was troubling me as well as having a stiff neck and headaches. I tried a friend's Bambach Saddle seat and decided that it would suit me better than my standard office chair. The bonus would be also to use it at my sewing machine as I am keen on quilting and machine embroidery. I did find a problem though; I had ordered the wrong stem for my leg length which Bambach promptly sent me an exchange stem. I have now fitted it and find that I am sitting at the correct level for my screen and keyboard. Actually, being a horse rider, I am aware that I am sitting in a balanced and well supported seat position.

The natural curves of the spine can be maintained even when leaning forward to work as you bend from the hips instead of the waist. The saddle seat also encourages your postural muscles to act correctly and in balance.
